Refund & Exchange Policy

At GharGoods, we currently offer Size Exchange and Damaged Product Replacement only. 

Exchange Policy (5 Days)

You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a request, email us at ghargoods.in@gmail.com with your invoice photo.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Product should be in original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please:

  • Share clear photos or videos during unboxing
  • Send proof within 24 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will ship a replacement of the same product.


Important Conditions

Please note that unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange or replacement request.

GharGoods reserves the right to reject exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 5 days of delivery
  • Product is used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Self-inflicted damage, including stains (makeup, perfume, deodorant, etc.)
  • Items that fall under non-exchangeable categories
  • Returning products not purchased from GharGoods

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene products)
  • Hazardous or flammable items

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds. However, in rare cases where replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed at our discretion.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the online payment method
  • It may take up to 10 business days to reflect
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time
